Ingrid Leuyckx is a commercial engineer by education and has accumulated 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources, mainly in international environments, both industrial and financial.

She is what we call an HR generalist and has been dealing with all HR related topics. In her most recent role as Head of People for QBE Europe, an international insurance & reinsurance company, she tackled several challenges related to the Brexit situation, helped creating new insurance and reinsurance branches and worked on the optimization of several HR services.
